Online Content Management and Order Processing Executive

Responsibilities:
•    Process purchase orders to suppliers and billing to customers
•    Uploading orders to suppliers’ portal
•    Assisting to check and track orders and shipping status
•    Import/Export shipping coordination
•    Update and manage site content on e-commerce platforms
•    Ensure that products, promotions, and content on the e-Commerce platforms are up-to-date and accurate at all times
•    Handle customers’ inquiries/complaints timely and professional, ensuring that every issue is followed-up and completed
•    Coordinate e-Commerce activities to drive brand and product awareness
•    Contributes to the growth of the e-commerce business
•    Manage online order fulfillment
•    Work closely with the team on campaigns and other marketing support matters
•    Support operational tasks during online shopping campaigns such as 11.11, 12.12, and daily campaigns
•    Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, or relevant field
•    Social media savvy
•    Creative thinking in digital marketing ideas
•    Competency in design, Microsoft Office, and email marketing tools a plus
•    Positive working attitude
•    Meticulous
•    Ability to work independently and also team oriented
