5.    In order to claim the free gift pass, customers should present proof of purchase or sales invoice to cashier.
6.    Free gift pass are not convertible to cash.
7.    Free gift pass may be claimed from the cashier until 60 days from the end of promo period.
8.    . Unclaimed free gift pass after 60 days shall be forfeited in favor of Insight Supply Chain Solutions Inc., upon approval of DTI.
